1. Information You May Provide

Depending on the features you use, the App may allow you to enter or save information such as:

• Name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Delivery or saved addresses
• Favorite menu items
• Cart selections
• Order information and order history
• Reservation or dining-service details
• Catering, takeaway, delivery, private-event, or gift-card request details
• App preferences and settings

You should only provide information that is necessary for the feature you choose to use.

2. How Information Is Stored

The current App specification uses local Android storage, including SharedPreferences, to save user-created App data.

Locally stored information may include profile information, favorites, addresses, cart information, order information, preferences, and onboarding status.

Because this information is stored on your device, SAVOR does not operate a remote account database for these locally stored App records in the current version of the App.

3. How We Use Information

Information entered into the App is used to provide and maintain App features, including:

• Displaying and updating your local profile
• Saving favorite food items
• Remembering saved addresses
• Managing cart selections
• Creating and displaying local order records
• Showing order history and order status
• Supporting table-reservation and dining-service workflows
• Supporting catering, delivery, takeaway, private-event, and gift-card workflows
• Remembering App settings and onboarding status
• Improving your in-App experience through saved preferences

We do not use locally stored profile, cart, favorite, address, or order information for unrelated advertising purposes.

4. Online Images and Internet Access

The App may load restaurant, food, dining, and service images from external image-hosting services such as Unsplash.

When the App requests an online image, the external image provider may receive ordinary technical information associated with an internet request, such as your IP address, request time, device or connection information, and the requested image URL.

This technical information is handled by the applicable third-party provider under its own terms and privacy practices. SAVOR does not control the independent data-handling practices of external image-hosting providers.

5. Android Text-to-Speech

The App may use Android Text-to-Speech functionality for voice feedback and spoken interface messages.

Text-to-Speech processing may be performed by the Text-to-Speech engine installed or selected on your Android device. Depending on your device, engine, and settings, processing may occur locally or may involve the engine provider.

The App's voice-feedback feature is intended for interface phrases and App guidance. Any data handling performed by your selected Text-to-Speech provider is subject to that provider's own privacy practices.

6. Orders, Reservations, and Service Requests

The App includes features related to food orders, table reservations, catering, delivery, takeaway or pickup, private dining or events, and gift cards.

In the current local-storage design, records created through these features may be stored on your device so that the App can display your current activity and history.

If a future version of the App submits these requests to a restaurant server, booking service, payment processor, delivery provider, or other external service, this Privacy Policy will be updated as appropriate to describe that processing.

the information you include in your email will be transmitted through your chosen email service and may be received and retained by us for the purpose of responding to your request.

Please avoid sending sensitive information that is not necessary for your support request.

8. Payments and Financial Information

The current App privacy description does not state that SAVOR stores payment-card numbers, bank-account credentials, or other sensitive financial credentials in local App storage.

If payment processing is added in a future version, any applicable payment provider and related privacy practices will be disclosed as required.

9. Advertising and Analytics

The current SAVOR project description is not based on using user profile, order, favorite, or address information for behavioral advertising.

If analytics, advertising SDKs, tracking technologies, or additional data-collection services are introduced in a future release, this Privacy Policy and the applicable Google Play disclosures should be updated before or when those features are released.

10. Data Sharing

We do not intentionally sell locally stored profile, favorite, address, cart, or order information.

Information may be exposed to or processed by third parties only where necessary for a feature you choose to use, such as:

• External image-hosting services when images are downloaded
• Your selected Android Text-to-Speech provider
• Your email provider when you contact support
• Services you intentionally open or interact with outside the App

Third-party services operate under their own privacy policies and terms.

11. Data Retention

Locally stored App information remains on your device until it is removed through the App, cleared through Android's App settings, overwritten by later App activity, or removed when the App is uninstalled, depending on the data and Android behavior.

Emails you send to support are not part of the App's SharedPreferences storage and may remain with the applicable email providers and support mailbox according to their own retention practices.

12. Data Deletion and User Control

You can control locally stored App information by editing or removing information through available App features.

You can also remove local App data through your Android device settings by clearing the App's storage/data. Uninstalling the App will normally remove the App's locally stored SharedPreferences and other private App data from that device, subject to Android device behavior and any enabled device backup or restore features.

13. Device Backups

Android or device-manufacturer backup features may back up certain App data depending on your device settings, Android version, and App configuration.

Backups controlled by your operating system, device manufacturer, or account provider are governed by those providers and your device/account settings.

14. Security

We use the privacy-minimizing approach of keeping the current App's user-created records primarily in local App storage.

However, no device, storage method, internet transmission, or software system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security on your device, including screen locks and access controls.

15. Children's Privacy

The App is designed as a general, family-friendly restaurant application and is not specifically directed to children.

Where required, children should use the App only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian. We do not intentionally design the App to collect children's information for advertising or profiling purposes.

16. Third-Party Services

The App may rely on Android platform functionality and third-party resources for features such as online image loading and Text-to-Speech.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of independent third-party services. You should review the privacy terms of any third-party service that applies to your use.

17. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App changes, when new features or third-party services are introduced, or when privacy and platform requirements change.

When this policy is updated, the revised version should display a new effective date.
